RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Please make sure all of the items on the Invoice are included in your shopping bag. If not, then you can send a complaint to Info@spret-me.com Make sure your Promo code if applicable is printed on the Invoice.
- Exchange of goods permitted within 14 days and return permitted within 7 days.
- Refunds will only be in the form of Credit voucher and to be redeemed within a period of 6 months.
Note: Following exceptions are for our exchange and refund policy:
- Deposited amount is non-refundable after 30 days.
- Items exchanged or returned must be in good condition, original packaging and unused products.
- Products on Discount/Sale or previously exchanged are not eligible for exchange further.
- Original receipt must required in order to exchange or return items.
- Credit vouchers, gift vouchers, layaway & memberships are neither refundable or can not be exchanged for cash or any other payment mode.
As used in these Refund & Exchange policy, references to our “Affiliates” include our owners, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, suppliers, partners, sponsors, and advertisers, and includes (without limitation) all parties involved in creating, producing, and/or delivering this site and/or its contents.
