I would like to share my appreciation towards Fabio, the sales and operations manager for Lavelier after receiving exceptional customer service.

From the onset Fabio listened, acknowledged, understood and most importantly worked with me to quickly find a solution to a problem that I faced. He kept open communication and informed me every step of the way and suggested two beautiful products that complimented my sensitive skin. Lavelier is an expensive, luxurious brand but it’s worth spending that little bit extra it if you have the right person to understand your concerns and needs.
